RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation whatsapp message with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

PICTURE PRIVACY

For the purpose of processing orders, If required customers are supposed to submit their photos to artfev.com. We delete all our customer photos from our systems within 15 days of delivering the order. By submitting their photos, customers agree to give permission to modify and edit their photos for the purpose of order fulfillment. We don’t post any of the end product created from customer photos on the artfev.com website and our social media pages unless we have customer’s permission to do so.
